Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The number of Minnesotans who participate in arts festivals and folk and traditional activities increases. We will use the survey format suggested by Prairie Lakes Regional Arts Council staff, announce the survey from both stages and have it available at our Festival Information Booth. John Ganey is in charge of conducting and evaluating the survey. In addition, we conduct interviews, take crowd counts, and ask police and vendors for their crowd and age number estimates.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Yes, we achieved our planned outcomes. We created and compiled a survey. Audience numbers increased both overall and in target age of 20 to 35. The information will help us work with the city's plans for changes to the park where we put on the music festival.
