Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

End-of-semester student surveys will show that at least 80% of ensemble participants feel a greater connection to their community, at least 80% of participants will feel more confident to perform, and 90% will report improved musicianship as a result of participating in ensembles. 100% of ensemble directors will meet monthly to report on progress with their respective groups and will distribute surveys each semester. Surveys with student participants, community member participants, and ensemble directors assess and evaluate key indicators of success, such as: Increased community connections; Increased skills and musicianship; Increased confidence to perform. At the end of the semester evaluation forms will be distributed to ensemble members and collected by directors to assess goal completion. Throughout the semester, ensemble directors have conversations with ensemble members to assess needs and any changes required.
